Student Tutoring Registration Form 2022

The Bookworm Bus Tutoring program is available to all elementary students of HEMPSTEAD ISD at the Quail Ridge Apartments made possible through our partnership with EBH (Education Based Housing).

Tutoring sessions are 50 minutes and divided as follows: Writing (10 minutes), Math (25 minutes) and Group Reading (15 minutes).
